American Fidelity companies and the Colleagues who make them strong have long had a tradition of energizing communities with a sharp business focus, generous volunteer work and individual donations. 
The American Fidelity Foundation is an additional tool for assisting the communities in which American Fidelity Colleagues live. 

The Foundation provides grants focused on four primary areas:

• Education initiatives, ranging from early childhood programs to university instruction;

• Health and human services, principally through contributions to United Way;

• Arts and culture activities, primarily through the Allied Arts; and,

• Civic projects, including efforts directed at economic development and community improvement.
